All our jewelry pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes a promise to refurbish and refinish, ensuring your jewelry always meets our highest standards. For wood rings, this also includes refinishing and replacement of wood or alternative materials that may become damaged for any reason at any time.

In addition to manufacturing defects, we offer one-year comprehensive coverage for any issues that may arise, including accidental damage. This covers issues like prongs, missing melee stones, or other issues within the first year of wear.

*Large gemstone loss is not covered, and expensive gemstones should be insured under your homeowners or renters insurance. Jewelers Mutual also offers coverage for US customers.

We're confident you'll love your purchase. Return it within 90 days for a full refund* or exchange. Customized and specially made pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit within this period, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.

Added inscriptions do not void your return but will incur a $35 fee for removal.
